Agricultural machinery working in high temperature, dusty, damp and dirty, or extreme surroundings, also touches substances like chemical fertilizer, pesticide, stool, decaying plants and water, etc., so strength of metal parts faces continuous dynamic change in various environments.
We know how to control metal fatigue factors by choosing materials, surface treatment, heat treatment, stress relieving, to get metal parts with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance.

WKPT offers various materials based on different product requirements, including gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, structural steel and alloy steel, etc. Surface treatment like Zinc Trivalent plating and ED coating for corrosion resistance in the field.

In recent years, regulations on non-road machinery (NRMM) emissions are getting stricter than before in various countries, such as EU 2016/1628 and Japan Off-Road Act, WKPT also assists customers for fast prototype of new agricultural machinery parts which comply with regulations above.
